Wheat flat bread (tortilla)
Wheat flat bread (tortilla) is very simple and fast solution, if you a home ended bread, although there are many recipes in which there is the filling, which is wrapped in flat bread, I made just the flat bread.
- flour – 250 gr
- water – 150 ml
- butter – 2 tbsp
- pinch of salt
Dough knead well, divide into small balls. Now they need to stand 20 minutes. The balls roll out thin and bake on a dry, well-heated pan (without oil), it is recommended to bake for 1 minute on each side, I baked less, as they swelled, immediately turned.
From this number of ingredients turned out 8 flat bread, for a better representation – the size of the diameter of my frying pan 28 cm.
