Tasty squash casserole
- rice – 3 tablespoons
- minced meat – 500 g
- mushrooms – 300 g
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper, garlic and dill
Boil the rice, mix with minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the mushrooms on small slices, onion half-rings. Fry in vegetable oil.
Peel the squash, cut into thin slices 3mm (the thinner the better) slightly season with salt. (You can not cleaned the peel if it is soft).
Form for casserole to grease with vegetable oil, put the squash so that the edges hung down.
Put half of the minced meat.
Next layer the mushrooms with the onion,then the second half minced meat.
Slice the tomatoes, put, add salt, pepper, grease mayonnaise with garlic and dill, close the ends of the courgettes,cover with a layer of mayonnaise. Place in oven and simmer until tender.
Ready the squash casserole to lay out on a plate, decorate tomatoes and greens.
