Stuffed peppers with tuna salad
For preparation of this snacks choose tuna, canned slices in oil or packed in water.
- sweet bell pepper – 4-6 pcs
- cucumber – 1 pc
- yellow tomato – 1 pc
- red tomato – 1 pc
- red onion – 1/4 pc
- tuna slices – 1 can
- spices – to taste
- olive oil – to taste
- greens – to taste
1. Pepper wash, cut off the tops and remove the core.
2. Dice the cucumber, onion and tomatoes. Remove the tuna from the liquid, add the vegetables and stir. Season, if desired, add a little olive oil.
3. Fill the prepared salad pepper. Garnish with greens and serve.
