Salmon Vegetable Salad
Vitamin mix of slices of salmon, potatoes, celery and bell pepper, seasoned mustard sauce with curry.
- 500 g fillet of salmon
- 8 pcs new potatoes
- 6-8 pieces of cherry tomatoes
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 yellow bell pepper
For the dressing:
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp mustard
- 0.5 tsp curry
- pepper and salt
Slice the salmon in small cubes and boil in lightly salted water for 3 minutes.
Boil potatoes, peel and cut in half.
Celery, peppers and tomatoes cut into slices.
Add the lettuce, salmon and mix.
For the dressing mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Salad to dress with sauce or serve the sauce separately in a gravy boat.
