Salad of chicken liver with pickled cucumbers
- boiled the liver – 500 g
- pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs. medium
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs
- sauteed onions and carrots ( by 1 pc. each)
Boiled liver chopped, cucumber grate (squeeze the juice), eggs grate.
Salad lay layers: the liver, onions and carrots, egg white, cucumber, and again the liver, egg yolk. All layers to spread with mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
