Pork barbecue in onion marinade
To do this barbecue, fit neck of pork , sirloin and brisket. Here streaks of fat evenly distributed in the meat. A barbecue will be soft and juicy.
- pork – 2 kg
- onions – 0.5 kg
- khmeli-suneli – to taste
- spice mixture for barbecue – taste
- spices for pork – to taste
- coarse salt – to taste
1. Pork cut into medium-sized pieces, onion cut into rings.
2. Put on the bottom of a bowl onion rings.
3. Put the meat on top, sprinkle with spices. Then, alternating layers (onions, meat, spices), put in a bowl all the meat.
4. Cover with a plate and put on top of the weight. Send in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Thread meat on skewers and broil over hot coals until cooked.
