Pasties With Meat
- 600 g flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 50 g soft butter
- butter to grease patties
- 75 grams of cooked meat (eg. the neck without bones)
- 1 egg
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of fat
1. In a bowl pour 1/3 cup of warm milk. Add the yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon flour. Leave the leaven to rise.
Heat the remaining milk and put the butter, that it dissolved.
In a large bowl pour the flour. Make a well, pour the yeast, milk with butter, add lightly beaten eggs and salt. Knead elastic dough. Cover it with a tea towel and leave to rise.
2. Grind the meat. Add onion fried in fat, egg and spices. Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured board ( preferably of a rectangular shape). Split into 2 parts. On each rectangle put along the belt of minced meat. Roll up. Split into small pieces and brush each with melted butter. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
