- 100 g cottage cheese
- 150 g mascarpone
- sour apples
- can whipped cream

Spoon gently mix the cottage cheese, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Cut off the top of the apples, remove the middle, so that it was possible to put inside each apple stuffing. Reserve a little stuffing for decoration. With a spoon put the filling in each apple, cover with lids.
Gently transfer the apples in a baking dish, greased with butter. Bake until soft apples at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ready apples spread on a dish, on each spray whipped cream, put the remains of filling and sprinkle with nuts. Served with coffee.
