Noodles with shrimps and garlic sauce
Lunch for half an hour. Prepare the noodles with shrimps is extremely quick and easy. But the taste – simply stunning! And this dish goes well with white wine. Try it!
- 400 g shrimps
- 300 g noodles
- 50 g black olives
- 3 cloves garlic
- 0.5 pod red pepper
- 50 ml dry white wine
- 100 g butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Boil noodles in slightly salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Drain in a colander, retaining about 0.5 cups of the water in which it cooked.
Finely cut red chili pepper. Crush the garlic. Finely chop greens.
Sauté shrimps in a pan in olive oil for about 2 minutes on all sides.
Then remove the shrimps from the pan, and in oil shrimps add garlic, olives, salt, red and black pepper, stir, and hold at medium heat for 1 minute, and pour the wine.
Cook sauce for 1 more minute. Then add the butter and return in the pan the shrimps. Stir the sauce with shrimps and lower the heat.
In a frying pan mix cooked noodles with shrimps and greens and cook another 2-3 minutes. If necessary add water if the sauce is too thick, and stir.
Noodles with shrimps serve hot with vegetables and greens.
