Naturally dye Easter eggs – DIY
Who has not dyed Easter eggs or not buy to the many colorful and artificial colors in the supermarket? For today I have a different dyeing technique, without the use of chemicals…
Easter eggs is part of Easter. For many, it is a custom to dye them and to eat later … ? Or simply make as a beautiful Easter decoration. Of course you can do it easily and buy in the supermarket, but prepare they himself bring much more fun.
Everything what you need for this:
- 1 – 2 tbsp vinegar
- onion skins (about 70 g)
- white eggs
- razor blade, thin cutter knife
Fill pot with water and vinegar. Peel the onions and put together with the eggs in the pot, eggs should be surrounded by the shells. Now all bring to the boil, then adjust the temperature down. Approximately, cook for 1 hour.
The shorter boiling them, the brighter the color.
Now you take a razor blade or the like and gently scratch (not the tip) your Easter motif.
