How to make homemade strawberry jam
- 1 kg strawberries
- 1.2 kg sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Strawberries wash and cut.
Pour them with half the sugar.
After 12-16 hours add the lemon juice.
Pour the remnants of sugar and stir.
Cook until thick, removing the foam.
Transfer to a jar.
Roll up and cool.
