How to cook shrimp on the grill
Simple, rich in protein and very tasty dish that is ideal for summer picnics.
- large black shrimp – 900 g
- marjoram or oregano – 1 tsp
- paprika – 1 tsp
- dried basil – 1 tsp
- half of a small lemon
- vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp
- garlic – 2 cloves
- black pepper, salt
Peel the shrimps, pull out the back vein.
Shred the garlic on the grater.
Mix all ingredients in bowl, put the prawns so that they were all covered with marinade. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
Soak the skewers in water to prevent burning, thread on them shrimp and grill for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
