Fried eggs in bread by French
Unusual option of cooking scrambled egg. A fried egg turns into the original sandwich. Perfect for a hearty breakfast.
- eggs – 2 pieces
- white bread – 2 slices
- tomatoes – 1 piece
- greens – 1 bunch
- salt a pinch
- butter – 20 g
1. In the middle of a piece of bread make a hole, removing the crumbs.
2. In a pan melt the butter, fry lightly the bread on one side. Flip.
3. Gently to break the eggs and pour into the center of the bread shape. Season with salt. Fry until cooked.
4. Serve scrambled eggs with chopped tomato and herbs.
