Cottage cheese pancakes with raisins
It is fantastic! Yummy dessert!
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4-5 tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- handful of raisins
- pinch of salt
- vegetable oil
Prepare the batter for cottage cheese pancakes.
Form the pancakes and roll them in flour.
Fry the pancakes in a frying pan with vegetable oil on one side.
Flip with a spatula and golden brown on the other side.
Serve cottage cheese pancakes with jam or sour cream.
