Chocolate brownie on Mother’s Day
- butter – 150 g
- cocoa powder (sugar-free)- 65 g (about 2/3 cup)
- sugar – 200 g (1 cup)
- eggs – 2 pcs
- vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- flour – 100 g (about 4/5 cup)
Melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add cocoa, vanilla and sugar, well mix .
Add the eggs one at a time, each time whisking lightly. Add the flour and stir.
Grease the form, suitable for microwave, and put the dough in the form. Cook at high power 4-5 minutes.
