Chicken liver regally
- chicken liver – 500 g
- carrot – 500 g
- onions – 500 g
- semolina – half cup
- milk (or kefir) – half cup
- pepper (ground, to taste)
- vegetable oil
The liver mince, mix with semolina and milk, put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Carrots rubbed on a grater, onions cut into half rings. Stew them in a small amount of oil.

Bake in preheated oven for about an hour at 180 C.
