- 2 cups frozen berries
- 1 cup water
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 0.5 cans of condensed milk
The berries unfreeze, pour a half cup of water and bring to the boil.
Gelatin soaked in water until it swells.
Slightly cool down berries, wipe through a sieve, add to puree the sugar and stir well. The swollen gelatin heat on low heat until complete dissolution of crystals. Mix with berry puree. Cool berry puree in a container with cold water. Beat with a mixer at low speed until a stable foam.
Pour a thin stream of condensed milk and again whisk. Pour in portioned forms. Refrigerate until fully hardened. When serving, decorate with berries.
