Baked cauliflower with garlic sauce
My favorite snack, always. Well, maybe “one of the favorites”, but this does not change the fact that on our table appears all too often 🙂 You know feeling when comes to mind some dishes that you like, then you are doing for a few days, day by day, until no longer can finally look at them? I know very well – and this delicious cauliflower goes into this category regularly 🙂
- 1 cauliflower
- olive oil
- fresh coriander to serve
Wash cauliflower, pat dry, disassemble on inflorescences. Put it in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 22-25 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. After removing from oven sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Baked cauliflower tastes great with garlic sauce:
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- cup olive oil
To prepare the sauce, whisk the egg yolks with garlic, passed through the press, then gradually add the (thin stream), lemon juice and olive oil – stirring all the time until you obtain the sauce mayonnaise structure.
